Why Rocket Yoga? Why Me?

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 10, always drawn to dynamic styles like Vinyasa and Ashtanga.

Then I found Rocket Yoga – and everything shifted.

It builds strength, confidence and freedom in your practice, helping you access things like arm balances and inversions much sooner, in a way that actually feels possible.

As Larry Schultz said:
“Rocket gets you there faster… you are stronger than you think you are.”

That’s exactly what it does.

Rocket is dynamic, challenging and energising, while still leaving you feeling grounded and clear. It blends powerful breathwork with a strong, flowing sequence, rooted in the Ashtanga tradition.

In-person Classes

I teach small, private group classes at a beautiful private residence in Vilamoura, Algarve.
