
Summer 2025 Rocket Flow Classes
Monday Evenings – Sunset Yoga & Meditation (90 mins)
Evening session (time/location announced weekly, starting around 7.45pm)
✨ 60-minute yoga practice + 30-minute meditation or Yoga Nidra
✨ Held either on the beach or in the studio (this may alternate)
€20 per session (or included with your pass if you bought it pre-summer)
Wednesday Morning – Rocket Yoga (60 mins)
9:30am – 60-minute class
✨Held either in the Vilamoura studio or Vila Sol (location depends on numbers)
Fridays – Studio Rocket Flow (60 mins)
11.30am – Rocket practice
✨ In the Vilamoura studio
All classes will go ahead dependent on numbers booked (5 per class minimum)
One-to-One yoga 60 mins – take place in my garage with a view or I can teach individuals or groups in Villas. Book One-to-One yoga on the link below – message me on +351 939 055 974 for private group bookings.
