Why Rocket Yoga? Why Me?
I’ve been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching for 10 – I was always drawn to more dynamic styles like Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga.
But when I found Rocket Yoga, everything changed.
It took my practice to another level – not just physically, but in confidence. Suddenly, I was exploring arm balances, handstands, and deeper expressions of the practice in a way that felt accessible, not years away.
Where some traditional lineages keep you repeating the basics for a long time, Rocket opens the door sooner.
As Larry Schultz, the founder of Rocket Yoga, said:

And that’s exactly what it does.

It combines powerful breathwork with a fast-paced flow, while still staying rooted in the traditional foundations of Ashtanga – which I have always loved.
