Rocket Flow Classes

Group classes are being held in Vilamoura at a private studio close to Browns Sports Club. Current Schedule below and link below to book all classes.

More classes soon to be added and option to pay monthly.

Wednesday mornings:

  • 9.15am-10.15am (intermediate)
  • 10.30-11.30am (beginners).

Friday mornings:

  • 11.30am-12.30pm (mixed ability)

Spaces are limited to 12 per class. 24 hours notice is required to cancel. Please reschedule or you will loose your money and someone else will loose the chance to take your space.
