Vicki is hosting classes on Zoom while we are locked down.

Tuesday’s 9.30-10.30am class is an energising and strong vinyasa flow class. Don’t worry if you’re new to yoga, I always give options for beginners but I keep up the pace for more the experienced. The ethos is always do what you can and your best is good enough!

Thursday 8-9pm is a Yin and Yang de-stress class. It combines the best of flow and Yin yoga. We will start with a faster flow followed by a nurturing, stretchy Yin wind down. Perfect ‘me time’ after a crazy day at work or home schooling.

£7 a class or £30 for 5 classes. If your finances have recently been compromised or you are an NHS worker, talk to me.
