Vicki is hosting classes on Zoom.

Tuesday’s 7.00pm-8.00pm UK Time (check below your your time zone) class is an energising and strong vinyasa flow class. Don’t worry if you’re new to yoga, I always give options for beginners but I keep up the pace for more the experienced. The ethos is always do what you can and your best is good enough!

Thursday 9.30-10.30am (UK time), from 1st Sept 2022 is a 6-week class is for complete beginners. If you have always wanted to try yoga but never felt fit, flexible or brave enough, this is for you! .

£10 a class or £30 for monthly unlimited classes.
