Peak to Peace: A Special Rocket Yoga + Yoga Nidra Evening

Thursday 19th June 7-9.30pm

I’m excited to invite you to a special 2.5-hour Rocket Yoga evening where we’ll journey deep into the power, intensity, and transformation of the Rocket 1 sequence — followed by the profound rest of Yoga Nidra.

We’ll begin by setting our sankalpas (intentions) together, grounding ourselves with pranayama (breath work) to energise and focus. From there, get ready for a 90-minute Rocket Yoga flow, moving through the entire Rocket 1 sequence without stopping. This dynamic, flowing practice will challenge your body, open your energy channels, and elevate your spirit — taking you to your physical and energetic peak.

To close the evening, we’ll shift gears into an extended 40-minute guided Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice often called yogic sleep. In this state between wakefulness and sleep, the body relaxes completely while the mind remains aware — the perfect space to plant powerful intentions (sankalpa), support healing, and invite transformation.

This is your invitation to experience the magic of combining dynamic movement with deep inner work — a full journey from fire to stillness, from peak to peace.
