Retreat

This three night retreat on the stunning Portugal Algarve (next retreat is 10th-13th October) is a concept which myself and good friend, TV presenter and fashion stylist, Nicky Hambleton-Jones have been talking about for a few years.  We ran the first (a huge success!) in March 2024.

We are both constantly coaching women on how to look and feel their best selves (inside and out) and we have found that women in their 40’s and 50’s need that extra support because their bodies are changing so much.   

Many of our clients are finding that what they used to do to look and feel great, be it fashion, hair, weight loss, exercise or nutrition…has stopped working!  And they need help and guidance finding a “new way”.

We are both in our mid-life and we can confirm that there IS another way.  You can look amazing AND have the body you want.  You just have to do things a little differently.   We will help you to find your way (because everyone is different and needs a tailored approach).

On this three-night retreat we will help you connect to your inner sunshine, your “true self”, which may have gotten suppressed and forgotten along the trodden path of life.

The ethos behind the retreat is to give you the time and headspace to take stock of where you are, and with expert help, forge a plan to live your best life.    

I host daily yoga and meditation sessions and a masterclass on hormone health, weight loss and how to manage the emotional roller coaster of mid-life.

Nicky runs a specialist class on how to redefine your style signature for the woman you want to be (for the rest of your life) and we have a skin expert and hair and make-up stylist who also run workshops.

The retreat is set in a gorgeous private boutique hotel on the Eastern Algarve, 10 minutes from the beach, that we have reserved for our exclusive use.  It’s set within an orchard and national park far away from the distractions and pollution of daily life; all the food you eat is sustainably sourced and nourishing. 

THIS IS A RETREAT WITH A DIFFERENCE

Productive but peaceful, recharging but relaxing, stylish and spiritual. The focus is on the whole you, all the parts that make you who you are.  Plus, a chance to make new friends and connect with other women at a similar juncture in their life.
