All are available at the Grade 1 Listed @DavenportHouse situated in ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ in the UK’s Shropshire Hills.

Four Types of Yoga

The yoga programme includes nine hours over three days of  Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Yin and an Ashtanga workshop.  Guests can dip in and out of the schedule and can choose to take a beginner level or more advanced class.  The property has three beautiful rooms in which to practice and three experienced teachers will offer some classes simultaneously to suit requirements.

Vegan Ayurveda

Lovingly restored in 2017, Davenport House is a magnificent Georgian country retreat which has recently welcomed Tom Kerridge to run the in-house catering facility. Based on Ayurvedic principles, the vegan meals will be nourishing, satisfying and include ingredients that aid cleansing and gut health.  It’s worth noting that is also an alcohol free weekend.

Lovely to Luxury Accomodation

Accommodation is available in one of the luxury rooms in the main house or a gorgeously cosy cottage. This allows solo travellers, couples and groups of friends with varying budgets to be easily catered for.

Set in a welcoming and nurturing environment, this experience will suit anyone wishing to delve deeper into yoga, start a cleansing process or give a boost to their health. Alternatively, guests can simply treat themselves to some well-earned time out. Guests are encouraged do as much or as little as they please, dip into classes, book additional massage, Reiki and other treatments. Above all, enjoy the peace and space of the picturesque estate and indulge in the healthiest way possible.

The weekend has been designed by a team from local organisation, Yoga Moves which creates unique and moving yogic experiences in exciting spaces, from classes to events and retreats.  Prices start at £450 for some sharing accommodation.
